Let’s face it, tests are important. They represent a quantifiable measure of knowledge or skill, and can actually make or break your dreams depending upon the level of the exams. Doing poorly on the Bar Exams, or on the Medical School Admissions Exams, for example, can sidetrack your life from what you had hoped for. Failing a State Board Exam can mean losing precious time and money and could mean months or even a year before being able to retake the exams.
But before you get to that point, of trying to start the launch of a career, you very likely had Test Anxiety going back as far as you can remember. Perhaps even grade school, as studies show Test Anxiety in 3rd and 4th graders, and it only gets worse in Junior High and High School as you become even more self-conscious.
EFT Help’s EFT for Test Anxiety is easy to learn, easy to apply -- and reduces or eliminates Test Anxiety. Click Here for a detailed description of the workshop.
